Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

2. Manufacturing Defect:
   If the product has a manufacturing defect, kindly share a detailed video showcasing the defect.
3. Damaged in Transit:
   If the product arrives damaged, you must provide an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery.

Return and Refund Process

A) Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Timeline: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected].
• Exceptions: Orders under categories like same-day delivery items (e.g., cakes, flowers) cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If the order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel, the following shipping charges will apply:
• Domestic Shipping (India):
  • ₹75 for 0–500 gm
  • ₹150 for 500–999 gm
  • ₹250 for 1–2 kg
  • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for orders above 2 kg
• International Shipping: Refund will only cover the product cost, minus shipping charges.

B) Damaged Products

For breakages or in-transit damages:

• Send an unboxing video to [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery.
• We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

C) Wrong Product

For incorrect items delivered:

• Provide an unboxing video and contact us at [email protected] or via chat support.
• Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
• Our team will guide you through the return pickup process.

Refund Policy for Other Returns

For returns that do not fall under the above categories:

• Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges:
• Domestic Shipping (India):
  • ₹75 for 0–500 gm
  • ₹150 for 500–999 gm

• International Shipping: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping fees.
